Our offering for 2008 is listed below. We sell females in small lots and breeding bulls individually. All animals are sold only through this website. Pictures and exact weights will be posted later in the fall as they are available. You are welcome to contact us and set a time to see the herd for yourself.
We sell by price. The highest bid gets first pick. The second highest bid gets second pick and so on. We will only accept bids made on our official internet bidder’s form. We will only accept bids for amounts equal to or greater than our posted minimum bid amount. At midnight on January 1st 2009 we will close all bidding.
On January 2nd we will review all bids. We will then contact the highest bidder for each offering. In the event of a tie bid the official internet bidder’s form with the earliest date/time stamp will be given precedence. Winning bidders will be contacted immediately and will be given 3 business days to make full payment and 7 calendar days to come and choose their animals. Delivery can be taken at that time or alternate arrangements can be made for later delivery.
Each winning bidder will be contacted until we have sold all the animals offered.
Bidders will forfeit their winning bid by:
- Not being available to accept their winning bid. We will attempt contact for 2 days at the primary and secondary contact information that is provided. If we are unsuccessful the bid will be voided.
- Neglecting payment within 3 business days of being contacted. We accept Visa, Master Card, bank wire transfers, money orders, certified checks and plain old cash too.
- Delaying longer than 7 calendar days from our first contact to choose their animals. In the event that winning bidders cannot personally choose their animals they may elect to have us choose them for no additional fee. In the event that a bidder delays longer than 7 calendar days without making alternate arrangements only 80% of the payment will be refunded and the winning bid slot will be assigned to the next qualifying bidder. We will retain the remaining 20% of the payment. No other refunds will be allowed.
